As the central restaurant of The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta, L’avenue Restaurant has long been celebrated for its high quality food and stellar service. With the appointment last year of acclaimed Culinary Director Francesco Greco, a new era was born along with a new bistro-style menu. The lunch and dinner menus feature Chef Francesco’s signature dishes, such as Hermitage’s applewood-smoked salmon carpaccio, beef short ribs and foie gras feuillete lasagna and slow-roasted Balinese crispy pork belly with Calvados wine.
