More than just a restaurant, SAV/OR of Pakubuwono is a full-on festival celebrating the collaboration between the culinary and creative arts. The architecture and design are minimalist, yet the dining area is spacious and intimate, highlighted by warm tones and natural light. Pioneered by Chef Bastian Muntu, everything is handmade and based on established Italian traditions, but inspired by his experience of working and living in Japan.
