Situated on the lobby level of The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, Cornerstone Deli is an elegant, casual eatery and deli offering guests a delightful mix of tasty deli-style dishes and foods, a range of authentic traditional sambal (chilli condiments), homemade ice creams and specially curated wines from around the world, all for dine-in or takeaway. Choose from light fare like the Rainbow Salad Bowl or from a selection of pasta or Balinese favourites. There are sandwiches, healthy wraps and pizzas too, along with a dedicated children’s menu. With a choice of seating options, guests can either dine privately in the air-conditioned wine cellar, sit within the deli itself, or take a seat outside on the terrace with its parasols and views over the resort. Adjacent are a pool table, sophisticated boutique featuring jewellery, fashion, local collectibles, and drug store items, as well as an Internet station and money changer.
