Part of the opulently spectacular resort, Jumeirah Bali, AKASA Restaurant & Bar is perched on the highest level of the property’s hilly terrain. Boasting a sprawling landscape of the surrounding Uluwatu hills, as well as the majestic Indian Ocean, the restaurant draws inspiration from the golden age of Javanese Majapahit era for its design, just like the rest of the resort. The culinary team crafts an Asian fusion menu that revolves around the rich tradition and flavours of Bali, while incorporating other Asian influences as well, such as flavours from Thailand, Japan and Korea. Highlighting premium meats and the bounty of the sea, diners can enjoy grilled goodness, such as the blue river giant prawn with mango and passion fruit, or the yakiniku caramelised lamb cutlet.
