Situated perfectly above Kappa Senses Ubud’s main swimming pool and overlooking the lush rice paddies, Bale Gourmet is an invitation for guests to unwind and take a break from the hecticness of daily life. Offering ample, comfortable seating areas, the quaint lounge is full of delectable bites and strong refreshments. Open since 10am, guests can choose between freshly baked pastries or French-inspired bakeries and complement them with artisanal teas or freshly brewed Kintamani coffees. Once the sun has set, the bar takes centre stage in creating potent cocktails that are perfect as companions as you gaze over the scenery. In addition to the cocktails, wine and tapas-style bites are also available.
