Aiming to bring authentic Balinese flavours and textures to the palates, the restaurant prides itself on using only locally sourced ingredients passed down through the generations of recipes. Ensconced within the iconic rice fields of Ubud, the menu includes a range of classic authentic Balinese dishes, like bongkot fried rice, a traditional fragrant fried rice with torch ginger sambal and chicken satay, and spice baby squid cooked in Balinese spices.
