Ensconced within the boutique wellness retreat Adiwana Resort Jembawan, Herb Library is a charming eatery with an open-air and rustic-chic plan. Set at the entrance of the resort, Herb Library aims to offer meticulously prepared raw or “living” food, as well as scrumptious plant-based all-day dining menu to diners looking for a nutritious food. Curated ingredients are used to craft the menu, including responsibly sourced fish and chicken, on top of the other local seasonal ingredients. Speaking of which, most of the ingredients used in the menu are locally sourced. The eatery is open daily from 7am to 11pm, serving an eclectic selection of Balinese and Indonesian dishes, as well as other multi-cultural culinary heritage.
