As one of the two flagship restaurants at the always hip W Bali – Seminyak, FIRE adds a refreshing twist to the steakhouse scene with its unique concept, incorporating Balinese traditions to the menu and design. Guests can observe the Balinese Kecak dance inspiration in the details, including the fiery chandelier, and the black-and-white poleng-patterned lamp shades. The namesake continues to the food menu, highlighting grilled premium cuts, such as the signature dry-aged black Angus tomahawk and the grain-fed wagyu Tokusen.
