The legendary Italian restaurant Bella Cucina at InterContinental Bali Resort has recently undergone a facelift and it is even better than ever. With a literal meaning of beautiful kitchen in Italian, Bella Cucina boasts a sophisticated dining pavilion with an open-kitchen concept, an exclusive conservatory-style VIP room, as well as the al fresco terrace next to the lush garden. With a new focus on more Mediterranean cuisine on top of the seasonal Italian culinary delights, diners can savour enticing dishes, like the pan-seared foie gras with porcini mushroom and fig jam; grilled tiger prawns with Catalan roast vegetables and eggplant caviar; and the lobster linguine with fresh tomato and basil. Furthermore, the restaurant also invites discerning diners to its famous Sunday Brunch, on top of the seasonal wine dinners and dining collaborations with guest chefs.
